November is Immune Health Month, and to celebrate we are doing a series of tips on how to strengthen your immune system. Over the next few weeks, we will be hi-lighting simple things you can do to stay healthy through this Holiday Season.

Next up… Chiropractic Adjustments!
As you have experienced first hand, getting adjusted is incredible for your health. Studies have shown that chiropractic adjustments increase your white blood cells (the infection fighters) for days following your adjustment.
Getting adjusted also balances your nervous system, getting you out of the fight and flight or stressed physiology, so that your body can relax, rest, and defend itself.
That means when you’re feeling under the weather, be sure to keep your appointment, or come in early to increase your immune system response.
