You have been asking all week, “What is that new blue disc sitting on the chairs?”
It’s a Mobility Disc for you to use before and/or after your adjustments.
Once Kristen has directed you back into the adjusting room, you can sit on it and move your pelvis left to right, front to back, and in circles. Complete about 10 repetitions each direction to help your body move your spinal discs. These exercises reinforce the proper motion in the spinal discs, ligaments, and tendons that we are instilling with the Neuro-Structural Chiropractic Adjustments. Plus they help to activate specific muscle groups, and promote good posture and better balance.
You can do this
- before your adjustment if you are waiting for a table to open up,
- following your adjustment to keep your spine moving before going back to your day,
- or both before and after!
