Meditation Tips: 1) Sit how you are comfortable. Find a posture you can stay in for 10 minutes. That might mean sitting on the floor, or in a chair. However we recommend not laying down, as it tends to lead to falling asleep! 2) Try slowing your breathe. Breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4. Repeat in sets of 4.
Patient Appreciation Challenge Day 15: Meditate for 10 minutes! Meditation doesn’t mean you need to be chanting in a temple in the middle of a forbidden forest… although that does sound fun. Find a quiet space and for ten minutes simply focus on your breathe. If your mind wanders – which it will – just go back to your breathe. You’ll find that the ten minutes goes by pretty quickly.
