Time to strengthen your core. Day 16 is Hollow Hold. You have all day to accumulate 5 minutes. Try 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest, you’ll be done before you know it! Check out this great video on a hollow hold progression from Gold Medal Bodies. If you find straight legs too difficult, you can always keep them bent in closer to your body.
