What are Secondary Conditions?

What are Secondary Conditions?

Secondary Conditions (symptoms) are our body’s warning signs that something is going on. Any time you have a secondary condition, it is important to ask why that symptom has occurred and if it’s a part of a larger health issue. At our practice, we will determine whether you have a Neuro-Structural Shift; and whether or not it may be causing your secondary conditions.

Neuro-Structural Shifts are typically the underlying cause of many secondary conditions (symptoms). The brain and nervous system are the master system of our body and it controls all our health and function. Amazingly enough, we only feel 10-15% of our body. In fact, 85-90% of our body’s function and health can’t be felt or controlled consciously. It’s only when we lose about 40% of our nerve function that we experience symptoms that we can actually feel like muscle tightness, aches, pain, tingling, numbness etc.
