Health Challenge Day 21: Omega 3 Rich Foods

Omega 3’s are anti-inflammatory to our bodies and are the required building blocks for a healthy brain and nervous system. The normal ratio ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 (which is pro-inflammatory) should be 1:2. The average American has a ratio of 1:24!!!!
