I have done the program two additional times since the first time and do it on an annual basis. During the second time, I paired it with the regular exercise I was doing.
During the third time, I added 16-hour daily fasting into it. I now incorporate time-restricted eating on a daily basis.
I no longer spend time thinking about diet or fasting. It is just a habit now.
I still eat on a regular basis outside of the program guidelines, but I have a better understanding of the consequences and body responses so I know what I am walking into.
