Vital Shift Dinner: A Chiropractic Workshop in San Jose to Get More from Every Adjustment

Dr. Karo Isajan leading Practice Members through an exercise at the Vital Shift Dinner, a chiropractic workshop in San Jose

A monthly workshop to maximize your results

“Feeling good is not the same as being healthy.”

If you are under care at Platinum Chiropractic, you’ve already done the most important thing. You decided to take charge of your health and correct the underlying cause of your health concerns.

The next step is getting the most from that decision. Once a month, we host the Vital Shift Dinner at our San Jose office, a chiropractic workshop designed to help you get the most out of every adjustment and every visit you’ve already invested in. If you haven’t attended one yet, this is one of the most important things you can do for your care, second only to keeping the adjustment frequency in your care plan.

Bring your questions, and bring your spouse, significant other, or the person who supports you at home. When they understand what you are correcting and why, they can support you through it. This is the best chance for them to hear it directly from Dr. Karo Isajan.

What the Evening Covers

As a family wellness practice, we focus on the bigger picture of health, not just what hurts today. Amazingly enough, we only feel 10 to 15 percent of our body, so how you feel on a given day is a small slice of what is happening in your nervous system.

That is why Dr. Karo spends part of every dinner on the Neuro-Structural Shift, the underlying cause we correct. A Neuro-Structural Shift is a measurable change in the structure of the spine that affects the nervous system it protects, disrupting the signals that travel through it. It has two components: the spinal alignment and movement, and the nerve communication traveling through the spine.

Understanding both is what makes the rest of your care make sense, from why healing takes time to why the adjustment frequency in your care plan matters.

The dinner is where we connect the dots between your adjustments, your daily habits, and the results you are working toward. This is about quality of life. Not just years on the calendar, but the kind of life you live in those years.

Bring Someone Special

  • The partner, parent, or friend supporting your healing
  • Anyone in your life who would benefit from care

Practice Members come to us from San Jose, Campbell, Willow Glen, and Los Gatos, and many of them first heard about Neuro-Structural Corrective Chiropractic from someone they know. The dinner is a no-pressure way for the people in your life to hear how we work and ask their own questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Vital Shift Dinner?

It is a monthly dinner workshop at Platinum Chiropractic in San Jose, led by Dr. Karo Isajan, designed to help Practice Members get the most out of every adjustment and every visit. It covers how the nervous system and spine work together, what a Neuro-Structural Shift is, and how your daily habits affect the results you are working toward. Food is provided.

Who should come to the Vital Shift Dinner?

Practice Members who have not attended one yet, along with their spouse, significant other, or the person who supports them at home. Anyone in your life who would benefit from care is welcome too. RSVP at the front desk or by email at info@platinumchiroca.com with your number of guests.

Why does a chiropractor host patient education workshops?

Because how you feel is only part of the picture. We only feel about 10 to 15 percent of our body, so judging your progress by how you feel on one day misses most of what your nervous system is doing.
Understanding the underlying cause we are correcting, and why the adjustment frequency in your care plan matters, helps you get more from your care. If you are new to Platinum Chiropractic, a Complimentary Consultation at our San Jose office is the first step.
